You can save time and stress by hiring Global Game Plan to research options for your hotel, resort or other accommodations. You share what you are looking for, we send you a list of the best choices and then you get to make the final decision.
How it works
STEP 1: REVIEW OUR PACKAGE OPTIONS & PURCHASE
Below you will find our hotel search package options. Review them and purchase the package that is the best fit for your vacation. If you have a question or would prefer to have a discussion in advance of purchasing, please feel free to contact us.
STEP 2: SHARE WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR
We will send you a list of questions about what qualities you are looking for in your hotel or resort (e.g. dates, locations, budget, room type, amenities, etc.).
After you return the answers, we will begin the research.
STEP 3: RECEIVE YOUR HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS
Approximately 1-2 weeks after you return your answers, you will receive an emailed ”final report” with 3-5 hotel options including pricing and other relevant information to help you make your final decision. After reading through the options, you take it from there and book directly with your accommodation choice.

Best for: When you know your destination and just need help finding the best hotel. Includes:
Hotel research in a known destination (specific city or small region)
Final email report with 3-5 hotel options including pricing and other relevant information.
Additional travel planning research provided at $50/hour
Hotel Search + Activities Package: $300
Best for: When you know your destination and need help finding the best hotel AND nearby activities. Includes:
Hotel research in a known destination (specific city or small region)
Final email report with 3-5 hotel options including pricing and other relevant information.
2 hours of activity planning research using criteria you provide
Final activities email report with a list (including websites) of specific nearby activities that meet provided criteria
Additional travel planning research provided at $50/hour
Hotel Search + Destination Package: $350
Best for: When you’re open to a variety of destinations and are looking for a hotel or resort based on the destination and the type of accommodation. Includes:
Researching destination options using criteria you provide
Hotel or resort research in destinations that meet provided criteria
Final email report with 5-7 hotel or resort options with destinations, pricing and other relevant information for each option
Additional travel planning research provided at $50/hour
