STEP 1: Review the “Curated Travel Activities” options and purchase

Review the options below and purchase the one that is the best fit for your vacation. If you have a question or would prefer to have a discussion in advance of purchasing, please feel free to contact us.

STEP 2: Share what you are looking for

We will send you an online survey with questions about your activity interests, likes/dislikes and other information that will help us determine the best activities for your vacation.

After you return the answers, we will begin our research!

STEP 3: Receive your Curated Travel Activities list

Approximately 2-3 weeks after you return your answers, you will receive an emailed ”final report” with a curated list of vacation activities (including websites, activity costs and any related comments) that match your survey responses.

Review the list and choose your favorites. The final decisions are all yours to make! It’s up to you to book any related reservations and advanced tickets.

OPTIONAL: Add on a High-Level Itinerary*

Take it one step further and have more planning done for you!

If you would like your chosen travel activities to be organized into a high-level itinerary, then you will send us feedback to the activity list. Using your feedback we create a high-level curated travel itinerary, showing the activities that fit together on each of your vacation days. See below for more info.

Curated Travel Activities List:  $150 per destination

• A detailed list of curated travel activities (including websites, activity costs and any related comments) based on your specific interests.

Curated Travel Activities List + High-Level Itinerary*:  $250 per destination

• A detailed list of curated vacation activities (including websites, activity costs and any related comments) based on your specific interests.

• High-Level Itinerary for activities based on your feedback to the curated travel activities list. This will show which activities fit together on each day of your vacation. Note that restaurants/meals are not included unless they are in an activity format such as a food walking tour. Also, this service works best when your lodging is already reserved so activities can be organized by location and proximity to your lodging.
