How will you know what type of vacation rental I am looking for?

After you purchase your Vacation Rental Search package, we will send you an email with a list of detailed questions asking what you are looking for, including everything from the number of desired bedrooms and bathrooms to the amenities you prefer.  Using this information, the search will begin!

How long does the vacation rental search take? 

The vacation rental search takes approximately 1-2 weeks from the time you return the answers to our list of questions about your vacation rental preferences.  Your final emailed report will include 3-5 vacation rental options with pros and cons of each as well as other relevant information so you can choose the best fit for your trip. 

What if I am unsure of my destination or would like to consider a variety of destinations?   

If you aren’t sure of your final destination, then the Vacation Rental Search + Destination package is perfect for you.  This package includes research on the best destinations for your trip (based on criteria you provide) and then which vacation rentals are available in those destinations.

Because it saves you time and stress!  Our founder, Jenny is an Airbnb Superhost and seasoned traveler, who has also stayed as a guest in vacation rentals in multiple destinations. Thus, we have the experience to know what to look for and how to look for it.  We know what information should be provided in each vacation rental listing and can catch red flags that less experienced researchers may miss.   

What are some examples of past Vacation Rental Searches you’ve provided for other customers? 

We found vacation rentals for our customers in destinations ranging from the beautiful Smoky Mountains to the hills of South Dakota and sunny Palm Springs, California.  We offer three vacation rental search packages and the following are examples of each:

It is your responsibility to book the vacation rental.  After our research is complete, you will receive an emailed report with 3-5 vacation rental options including the pros and cons of each as well as other relevant information so you can choose the best fit for your trip. After reviewing the recommendations, you make the final decision and book your awesome vacation rental.
